At Laline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or confirmation email.

  Ship to Laline

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
